USCIS didn't update processing time I485 this month?

I checked they didn't post new timeline this month????

Last month, they changed and then after few days, they changed back to the previous timeline.

Hey I've noticed you've been having "user defined error" since 03/26? My i485 has that error since that date and when I called 2 weeks later they told me my case has been scheduled for an interview. I received my interview letter already. I think u should call and speak with a level 2 officer. Good luck!

Thank you! I have called. They didn't say it is scheduled. They said it is still under review and I should check mailbox not the online status lol Sigh...

I have the same issue. My PD is 2/5/2018 and I filed in Boston field office. My I-485 online account always shows the error message (but my I-130 and I-765 online accounts are both fine). After the Biometrics appointment I haven't heard anything new...

Call them and ask for a level 2 officer. My Pd is 2/22 and my status for 485 changed on 4/18 With just a blank white screen. I called them and level 2 officer told me the case is ready to be scheduled for interview. I765 and i130 are the still the same.

I found that if the status is "blank" "no information could be provided this time" usually good news. But "user-defined error", I don't know, maybe just a glitch!

Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information" I've been stuck on that since April 19. My case was ready to schedule for interview then I am getting this message.

My case was ready to schedule for interview then I am getting this message.

I get that status since Apr 18 and no news too. They say those cases are in queue to schedule the interview.

No, they have not updated the processing time for this past quarter. In a way it does not make sense to do so, because on average most cases take longer than 6 months to be processed to completion; i.e., two quarters.
