Does anyone out here have your case pending at Phoenix field? I got turn around by the calls. i called USCIS thousand times and they didn't actually help me. I submitted all the paper works(I-130, I-485, I-765 ...) in July 2017. Finally got my EAD at the end of February 2018. I wrote request about my I-485 form on February 16. I got an mail from USCIS and it said let me call them back in 90 days if i still not receive an interview scheduled date. Today is the 90th day. I called USCIS. They told me the same thing: Wait. And they said Phoenix office now is processing cases from June,2016 and the average processing time of family base I-485 is 14-23.5 months. This doesn't make sense to me. I called them early in January this year. They told me the phoenix office was processing cases from January,2017. How come they back up to 2016 now? The lady explained me that it might due to the system mistakes. I tried to tell her I had a friend who filed for her green card on Nov.1,2016. She got her card in early 2017 already, from the same office. Before i finished, the phone hang up on me. And i called back again, another lady answered the phone, she said she couldn't access to the exactly processing date but the average processing time is 14-23.5 months. She couldn't give me the answer. she said all i can do is just wait. Is anyone here experiencing the same as me? It would be very grateful if you could help me with your experience.
