Marriage Based since Sept 2016

I filed my application since Sept 2016,interview done in October 2016,got form 130 approval 2 days after interview but since then nothing forth coming. I called customer service almost everyday but nothing forth coming .my 6 months EAD extention expires next month. Any body with similiar experience or have an idea what steps to take.
I am going crazy.Ideas needed!!!

Neither my 1-130 or I-485 have been approved yet. I applied for another EAD card and it took 5 months to receive it.
