I resubmitted my file Monday after being wrongfully rejected for outdated form version. Does anybody knows how long it takes to hear back from uscis. I?m so nervous because I really don?t want to be rejected again. The process alone is so expensive and I tried my best to put the packet together because no money for lawyer fees.

I once experienced this but sometimes is not always as faster as the first attempt, but if you use money order keep verifying if you money order is cashed or not. it could be frustrating but you will rejoice at the end

It pretty much confirms that your case has gone through preliminary viewing and has been accepted. At that point, your case will be sent to the service center for processing.
