I have had issues with my EAD, now my Advance Parole, so I assume the same will happen with my 485
Customer Service can't or wont tell you anything. Waited on several Level 2 call backs, who can't tell you anything.
I created one service request online which was completely ignored. A second raised by customer service was answered with a generic response that they will contact me once i'm procedssed. Being outside of processing times seems to mean nothing.
Infopass appointment is impossiible in New York City, you can't get one. I've considered travelling for one but afraid I'll be given the same awesome service.
Is there anything you can do in any of these processes. I would happily pay extra to figure this all out
