Hello,

I am applying for AOS based on a pending I-140 petition, and will be filing for my husband as a dependent in a little while. I have a question about what to answer here:

"Is your current spouse filing with you?"
Should I answer "yes" only if the applications are in the same package, or also if they are sent in a few weeks apart? (I read somewhere that this is still considered 'concurrent filing')
