  • my husband got his interview today, but..what about me!!!!????

    Hello you all, My husband and I submitted our documents at the same time (C09 our son is the petitioner), same lawyer etc etc, maybe we got different officer i don't know...

    HUSBAND TIME LINE:

    PD: 1/22/18
    biometrics letter :02/02/18 (he got the letter 2/06/18)
    Courtesy letter: 02/12/18 : i-693
    biometrics taken: 02/22/18
    SR (I-765): 05/15/2018
    interview letter: 5/24/18
    interview date: 6/04/18
    NO EAD, NO NOTHING FOR 122 DAYS


    MY TIME LINE
    PD: 1/22/18
    biometrics letter :02/02/18 (I got the letter 2/16/18)
    Courtesy letter: 02/14/18 : i-693
    biometrics taken: 02/22/18 (same has my husband , same hr)
    SR (I-765): 05/10/2018
    the end.....

    so, how will i take this?? do i freak out?? is this common?

      Interview scheduling is on a case by case basis, plenty of people throughout the US file at the same time and they can get their interviews at all kinds of different times. you're fine don't fret.

        Texas filler 123 days no EAD Nothing

        Case accepted Jan 22/18. Biometric done Feb 22/18. Spoke with Uscis was told case still under normal processing
