Income requirements to sponsor

Please I would like to know the minimum requirement my wife has to meet in order to sponsor me. She made like 14,000 last year and I would like to know if she has met the requirements. Thank you

It's her current (right now) salary that matters, not what she made last year. $14,000 is not enough. See this table. For a household size of 2, she would need at least $20,575.
