Thanks for your reply. Just got an update this morning from USCIS online status checking, new card is being produced (Hooray!!!), which is basically the next day of my interview. My hypothesis is that my officer is fairly new, she needed to discuss with her supervisor for the final decision even though all things look good. Anyway, that's just a small drama.

For your interview at Boston Field office, I would suggest you bring:

-Both your ID and your passport, also your EAD/AP card if you applied as part of the 485 process
-The original submission
-The RFE response (if you got an RFE)
-The new medical check report if yours is already expired, dont need to bring if you already submitted and is not expired yet
-Additional evidence showing your marriage relationship: any joint bank account statement, insurance plan, additional photos (better with your friends)

In our interview, the officer was very nice, she only checked our IDs, and then just went for the additional evidence we provided on the spot. Since she already got all my original and RFE submission, we didnt really show her and that's ok.

Questions during the interview:

-Where & how did you meet your spouse
-When & where were you engaged
-How was the wedding
-Did you meet the parents
-Names about the spouse's family, including where they live.
-Ask couple of our initially submitted photos, where was that taken etc

I think it should be just a matter of time, don't need to worry too much. Things should move fairly quickly when our files moved to the field office and handled by IOs. Which field office did you have the interview? I think sometimes the backlog of certain offices created more trouble than just the complications of specific cases.

I saw in your timeline that you sent a RFE and they received it right away.
Did you get any notification stating that they received or was it just based on tracking number?
I sent my RFE and it was delivered in 08/30, but I never got a text, email, update on my status about it.
I called them today, but it was no help.

They did not received it same day after i sent it think its a few days after. I also get an update on their website that they received it.

Which of their website are you using am getting all my update through this one. https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

The other website does not update me on everything.
Just like the notification that said we are ready to schedule your interview i only get that on the other side but on this site it also gave me Interview was Schedule.
So if you not using this one i thin you should

Request for more information from USCIS on May 25th 2018 (needed translated Birth Cert.)
Biometrics appointment May 29, 2018
Request for more information was received by USCIS -June 11th, 2018
Status per USCIS -Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview-June 19th, 2018
Status per USCIS-Case was updated to show all fingerprints were taken and case is in progress-June 24th, 2018

We have not received anything in mailbox, or any updates per USCIS receipts as of the last date on timeline.
My lawyer already filed for follow-up on Oct. 8th 2018 with USCIS and is planning for another one after 11/2/18 if nothing is received from USCIS by then.

After a long journey, I got my gc in hand
Applied for
I485 I130 I131 and EAD.

Submitted and got my priority date as May 17th 2018. Petition sent to National benefits Center- MSC and Washington DC local office
Got my interview on Dec 9th and got approved the same day. Got approval letter in mail a week after that and got my GC now.

i've called and told them that i need to expedite the EAD. after couple of days, i got the letter from USCIS asking the proofs for the expedite request. after i faxed the documents, it took a month to get the ead in hand.
