May 7 -Received by USCIS
May 9-Rejected by USCIS
May 11-Received rejected documents in the mail

May 14-Resent updated Packet to USCIS
May 15-Received by USCIS
May 25-Received NOA/Case Accepted

June 2nd- Biometrics Appointment Scheduled for June 12
June 12- Biometrics completed

No response after that. Didn't get the receipt notice, neither the cheque didn't get cashed..
What to do guys?

USCIS received my files on May 15th and I got the receipt on June 7th. So yours may be coming sometime this week or next.

Will this request restart my application process ? Anyone have an idea what they maybe requesting?

The I-485 need is own supporting documents like "marriage cert, child birth certjoint account, pictures and anything you both do together than can show your relationship is real"

Exactly that, i normally get notification when my linkedin profile is view......and those 2 organisation view it in the same week.
When i did a little research i realize that one of them does checks for the government.

I mean it may all be a coincidence, but i know they do all sort of stuff so i just say its them.

ya it depends ! as all the experienced peoples stated on the other threads, our cases stays in the NBC until your status change to "case is ready to schedule for an interview" so there is no point of waiting for the biometric done update. its a waiting game. GOOD LUCK to all us !!

Still Waiting For BioMetrics Letter

Hi folks. So my wife received NOAs for receipt of our applications (her daughter also) on 7 June and we haven't received a letter for her BioMetrics appointment. So 7 total days have gone by/5 business days have passed. I know it hasn't been too long, but it looks like most people have received the letter shortly after NOA. Should I relax, or has anyone experienced this long of a wait?

I received my receipts yesterday for me and my wife. Got individual receipts for I-485, I-131 and I-765. The numbers are consecutive, except one is missing. I am guessing that would be my I-140 (the receipt will reach my employer).
