Should I relax, or has anyone experienced this long of a wait?

Yup. We signed up for alerts, but the website was not updated today, nor were any texts or emails sent. HOWEVER, we received the letters today! Someone was looking out haha.

Does anyone have experience with Biometrics walk-in? Specifically at the Baltimore ACS? We received a letter/appointment, but unfortunately I'm out of town that week and provide all the transportation for my family. I'll start a new convo in the forums so other people can weigh in as well.

We went yesterday and our appointment is for next week. Just go early in the morning and you should be fine. Good luck

Got cha. From what I'm seeing, it looks like walk-ins are accommodating everywhere. Think we'll go one day next week early before they open. Thanks for sharing.

I wrote to them on May 31st and I got a reply from them today. This is what it said:

                Good morning:

Your submission was received on May 15, 2018, and accepted by the Lockbox on June 1, 2018, and the following receipt numbers were assigned:

                <Name> <Receipt numbers>

The filings were then forwarded to the Nebraska Service Center for further processing. Receipt notices were mailed to the address provided on the forms:

                <Address>

                Monitoring Your Case
As the Lockbox is only a form and fee receipting facility, once an application has been accepted, the Lockbox has no further role in the adjudication process. You can follow the progress of your application by visiting Case Status Online, on our web site, and entering the receipt number for your case. Or you can register for automatic case status updates by email and text message by creating an account on the following web page: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/selectusertype.jsp.

                Processing Times
The USCIS web site also provides regularly updated information on the current processing times for forms being adjudicated at our service centers and field offices, which you may find helpful as you monitor the progress of your application: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processT...C9RCyFagQNRyeu.

                For Further Information
If you have any further questions, you can contact USCIS National Customer Service Center by sending a request online or by calling (800) 375-5283. Or you can use the InfoPass system on our website, https://infopass.uscis.gov, to make an appointment at your local USCIS office.

                        Biometrics Done!

The walk-in biometrics, Baltimore (Pikesville) was completed! Thought my family was going to be in the office all day, but around 10am she let people with later appointments in line. Glad that's over.

                            Missing letter on middle name

                            Good afternoon,

I hope that someone would respond here so I can get more clarity and prepare better.

I got my biometrics letter last 11th and my appointment is on the 26th. In the letter, I noticed that one character is missing in my middle name. Need help on the ff please:

                            1. Will I still be allowed to complete the biometrics?
                            2. Will the biometrics office be able to correct my name (Tampa office)?
                            3. Is there a way to check if it's just a typo error on uscis' end when the letter was being made and is correct in the system?

I really wish that this does not pose any delay in my application.

Note: I checked all the soft copy of my application in our computer and they're all spelled correctly.

I didn't know I can do that. I will tell my husband to call since they will not give me any info on the I485. Thank you

No problem, not sure if you know the number but it's 1-800-375-5283. I think pressing 1 * 3 4 6 will get you to someone quickly. I took a screenshot once I reached a live-person. Hope it works out.
