I noticed too. For Newark field office, It was 11 to 20 months. Now its 12 to 28.5 Months that's crazy. 2 years to wait for GC?
Now I am really thinking that I should have file for I-130 from US Consulate Office in Home country instead of AOS I-485, she could have get the GC in 7 to 9 months. (I don't mind visiting her often if process goes faster)

Initially, it was 3 to 5 Months and Now it showing 4 to 6 Months for EAD. Alas.!!

I really don't know what they are doing, I really wish at least they should give priority to Spouse Applicants.

    God Bless everyone of us.!

I was counting too everyday. I only wish they will give me the ead so that i can continue working at my current job. Now they turn back 23 days, its painful to count you know. Why do they do it to people? We are legal applicants and we are customers too. But they can do whatever they want, change time to whatever they like. I was really sad. I tried all things to make my case to expedite, but they didn?t want to help me. Now i just let things go its ways.

In NJ too ? spoke to level 2 officer today because my case processing is ... completely out of the 'normal processing times' and she said, and I quote, "don't blame us, blame the president". Nice excuse for them not doing their jobs...

          Here's my timeline:

Married in July 2017, filed 485 August. 485 Received August 8, biometrics done September 6, 2017.
765 filed and received separate September 28, 2017.
First 765 service request Dec 13, 2017. At that time 'normal processing' was 2.5-3 months. I was past that.

          RFE for 485 Feb 2, 2018; received Feb 27, 2018.
Second 765 service request February 27, 2018, since it had been 5 months.
Response for December service request March 23rd "your case is pending and you should receive a response within 60 days".

Spoke to level 2 officers in between, and basically was told to just wait every time, until I got a hold of a guy that actually knew what he was doing. He said that it appears my service requests had been ignored and he put in a request on May 17 on my behalf, that they had to get a response to.

Service request May 17, based on being outside of normal processing.
Response May 21, "you will receive an answer within 90 days of us receiving RFE"

I also spoke to someone on May 25, who said that they screwed up with not marking on my 485 that the 765 is pending, and not marking on my 765 that RFE was received. Said to wait until the 28th since it marks 90 days.

Called again today, and was told to just wait, that I'm probably looking at another 8-9 months for the 765, nothing they can do, blame the president. I don't want to blame the president, I want to blame USCIS for not doing their jobs...

I'm in the same spot as you. Lost out on my dream job that they even held for me for over a month before looking at other applicants.. that was in March when normal processing was 2.5-5 months and I was at 6 months..

Really?! They dont want to give you even outside of processing time?? I think they just put the time there for fun , make us wait and never give us the ead.

Yes! It says that for Raleigh, NC and Jacksonville, FL. Somehow "combined" the time range in the blue box is way shorter than the ones listed below. I would just focus on the blue box.
I calculated the processing times that were listed before, using the raw data on the tables they have on the USCIS. These must be projections. If you click on several cities, you'll see that 11.5 to 24 months come up repeatedly.

I would strongly suggest you get your congressman/woman involved.

My PD is Dec 2017, I received a RFIE 4.5 months later which reset my PD for both I765 and I485.

I didn't know that so I contacted my congressman after 5months since 2 SR for EAD didn't work at all.

They got a response that because of the RFIE both cases were reset and I had to wait all over again, however 2 days after that message my I765 status changed to "card being produced "
I personally don't believe in coincidence, I am positive that was because my Congressman made an inquiry.

I am curious if the posted times below are giving USCIS a greater degree of breathing space so that when case processing runs longer then USCIS can still claim its within normal processing time, especially when the first number indicates the time to process 50% of cases.

RFE = Request For Evidence (your case will still being processed while they receive the requested evidence.

RFIE = Request For Initial Evidence ( your case is on hold and will start over when they receive the Evidence)

My RFIE was for my birth certificate which I did include initially but I guess they lost it or something.

I am scared they forget my i765 or no one touches it. 4 months now.

These days EAD takes up to 6 months if marriage based. So you're still in a normal time frame.

It's frustrating trust me I know.

This month, the USCIS processing times page is showing that the Raleigh F.O. is now i485s between 11.5 and 26 months. Does a 6 month jump in a month seem plusable? Has anyone else noticed huge jumps in processing times at their respective FO.? I am also curious because the average time still shows what it did last months (6.5- 16.5 months).
I would go by the blue box and not the specific processing times below the blue box.
