It?s 130 Days today NO EAD

Texas filler: filled Date Jan 22/18. Biometric done Feb 22/18. On March 9/18 Notice was returned back to USCIS bcos post office could not deliver it. I immediately do address change online, I also speak with L2 officer was told the notice is just a receipt for the Biometric done, adding that my case still on normal processing time and I have to wait 5 monthly before I can make enquires for case outside normal processing time. It?s already 130 days today NO EAD and My case will be 5 month by June 22/18 but I don?t know have heard people being scheduled for interview or receive their EAD card wishin 90 days. Pls anyone with similar case ???

There is a major slow down in USCIS processing time recently. You should start looking for jobs even before you get your EAD. If you get a job offer you can ask to expedite your EAD based on a job offer. You can also put in a service request for your EAD being out of normal processing times.
