On Dec 10, 2003 I received an RFE from BCIS asking me to show my Taxes filed for last 2 years, recent Paystubs, W-2s for last 2 years, and a letter from my employer. Basically they wanted to confirm that I am still in the same job for which Labor & I-140 was done. My lawyer sent the paperwork and BCIS received it on Jan 7, 2004
