  • What does this mean?

Morning everyone. Hope all is well.

I just got an email this morning from USCIS stating

?We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on May 23, 2018.?

    Is this a generic message?
How do I know what action was taken on May 23rd?
I know I raised a service request around that time for the EAD but got a message that case is still within processing time so the SR might not be looked at.

    Thank you.

That's their "no-notification notification". We are notifying you that there is nothing to notify you about. I get those every couple of weeks. Mine shows the last action taken was on April 23rd - "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview".

The last action they took could be the SR you submitted OR literally, anything. Since your field office is Atlanta, it's possible that it was moved to the interview scheduling queue.

I don?t know what it is for. My case tracker and USCIS websites still remain the same with no updated message of such. Last update for 765 was 4/8 and 485 was 4/18.
              When is your PD?

                My 485 pd is 8/22/17. But 765 is 2/1/18. I applied 765 separately.
