    Hi guys,

So I have my AOS in 3 days (marriage based).

I need your advice to if this is enough evidence.

    Tax Return for last year
couple of receipts of presents we gifted to each other (all dated before day our birthdays )
receipt for wedding rings we bought for our anniversary
receipt from Abnb where we stayed on our first date (we met online, so we took a little vacay for our first date)
50 pictures of us , us with his family, wedding pictures (only ceremony, we didnt have reception )
    ******** conversation logs (dating 2016,17,18)
texts from this and last year, call logs
    mutual social media posts

We live with my husbands mom so we dont have a lease etc. or insurance

I recently had my interview and xnot is right even though u may have a bunch of evidence, only give the officer what he/asks for. So if I were you, I put aside the most important evidences. Get an affidavit letter from his mom stating that u guys live there and have it notarized.

I would definitely follow the tips on this thread https://www.immihelp.com/forum/showt...interview-tips

Receipts, receipts, receipts. Back up your evidence with receipts that place you both at the same time and location.
I would also go heavy on notarized affidavits from his mother and people who know you both. Sworn affidavits are acceptable. However, since you don't have a lease, insurance, I would just add weight to it all by getting those affidavits notarized.

Table of contents listing all the evidence with a brief explanation of what the evidence is proof of. Do not just throw papers at USCIS and expect them to connect the dots for you.

Explain the commingling that you do through the bank account. Don't expect the ISO to draw conclusions that favor you, from the bank statements. Break down the bank statements and explain what is on them.

Iphone location history - useful if you want to show that you are both generally at the same location.

        All the best.
