I am not able to tell what your exact situation is, as you have only posted a few times. You interviewed in September 2017. How long do they need to make a decision? I would contact your Senator to make an inquiry. They'll adjudicate it.

You have one year to submit the medical exam from the date the exam is completed. Then your exam remains valid for an additional year from the date that USCIS receives it. Technically, you can stretch it to two years. But most people use up that initial 1 year window right away,

Seriously, reach out to your Senator.

I had my interview here in Orlando, FL too back in March 20th, 2018. Still waiting for an answer from them. Have scheduled info pass and 1st tier and no answers. I am so frustrated and nervous too. Did you get approved finally? Funny the officer in the interview said all was fine and was approved and really wasn't yet.

USCIS has 120 days after the interview to adjudicate employment based AOS petitions. It just never takes this long. I'd get your Senator involved.
