How to respond to i864 rfe

Hey guys just a quick question, i recieved an RFE for affidavit of support suggesting that we find a joint sponsor or use assests to meet the requirements for 125% of poverty guideline, we have decided to use assets. we will be sending a report from a liscence appraiser stating the market value of the property since we are using real estate and we will also be sending a title search report done by a legal title company showing ownership and that there is no lien or mortgage on the property. what i want to know is do i just send those or do i need to fill out a new affidavit of support. any advice will be appreciated thanks in advance.

If you did not include the real estate asset you mentioned in your original I-864, then you will have to do your form again with the asset section now filled out.
It couldn't hurt to resubmit everything I-864-related along with the new evidence - updated or original form (as applicable) AND the original evidence you submitted.

        Hi DCGuy,

There is June 2018 thread here with many responses and updated timelines: https://www.immihelp.com/forum/showt...ne-2018-filers

I myself am a June 2018 filer, and completed my biometrics on July 2.

BTW, are you living near or in DC? I am living in Virginia and I think my field office is the one in Fairfax.

        Good luck!
