  • New York City January 2018 I-130 submitted.

Filed Asylum 4 years ago and had final asylum interview on MARCH 8 2018, but i adminstratively terminated asylum case and got married on january 2018, and sent i130 on 18th of january 2018.
Got notice of appearance on january 29th. and case status updated online saying that my case is recieved at nyc case processing center and i should wait for further notice...
I didnt get to do any fingerprints or medical exam sincei had my existing biometrics from my asylum case....
can anyone tell me what should i do now? how long to be scheduled i130 interview? should i submit i 485..?

You can and should submit i-485. Filing i-130 by itself does nothing for you. That your asylum case has been terminated - technically you are deport-able if ICE decides.
