Let her add u as an authorized user to it and also credit cards. Doesn't make sense to open a bank account that wouldn't even be in use just for USCIS. Some banks wouldn't let u open a bank account because SSN is a way of identifying who u are.

Here are some alternative evidences you can submit with or without having SSN. 🙂👍

Well I asked my wife's bank and some other banks in the area and none of them do add me as a joint without an SSN, so it's obviously true to the banks I have access to. I know there are some banks that will like the Bank of America, but local banks, at least here won't let me.
have you applied for an ITIN? most banks will allow you to open an account with one of those in lieu of a SSN.
This is strictly an opinion and should not be misconstrued as legal advice. The use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

I haven't but I will look into that, thank you.

I have a feeling Tezza is calling and asking. Tezza, if you call and ask, they will say no, because all the rep knows is that they are able to open accounts over the phone, and that's basically the rep doing it for you online. The only way to do that is with SSN.
If you go to the bank and they say no, then ask to speak to a supervisor.

Some of his important mail like IRS, business debit card come to our our address. And of course his Driver?s license has our address as well. I have pretty much collected every piece of his individual mail that come to our adress to include in the evidence package on top of whatever we have joint together.
Should We also get his moralized affidavit to solidify his residence since he can?t be added to the lease?

Just thought of this. Here are some additional ideas for you:
            1. Have your husband sign school permission slips for your son.
            2. Submit a copy of your son's school contact card.
            3. An affidavit from a teacher attesting that you both attended PTA meetings on MM/DD/YY,
            4. An affidavit from a teacher attesting that he/she met with you two to discuss your son's progress on MM/DD/YY.

            All the best,

            USCFFS
