Form 765 Eligibility category

Hello Friends

I am going to fill form I-765, in question 20 they are asking for eligibility category code number. i am confused, what should i write over there?

Q1. I am F1 student, i had 1 year of OPT, which is already expired and now i am back to school. i am married to USC and going to applying for AOS. so what would be the category number i have to write there?


Q2. i had applied for employement authorization before for my OPT and i got approved for 1 year EAD from USCIS which is already expired now. i had to submit employment latter to my school before 90 days, in oder to stay in status. My consultancy firm gave me that later but i have not worked with that company at all. so do i have to fill that company detail in form I 485 undet part 3 or should i just leave it blank since i have not worked anywhere in past 5 years ?

Because you're applying for work authorization through marriage it's C9 category.

Information from over 5 years can be listed or not but they prefer recent information. I didn't list any information older than 5 years.
