I-485 INITIAL Interview?

On my I-485 interview notice, it has the title of "Request for Applicant to Appear for INITIAL Interview." Why do they specifically say the word INITIAL? Does that mean USCIS intends to schedule me for a second interview after that?

So guys, does your interview notice also say its an INITIAL interview as well? Am I worrying too much??
