On June 9, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC YYYY ZZZ, and will mail it to the address you gave us.

Does this mean they already sent then card ?

No it means they are producing it.
When they mail it(usually 2-4days later) the status will change and you'll get a USPS tracking number

I had my EAD card in my mailbox exactly 1 week after the status changed to: new card is being produced. So you'll be fine
