I'm a US Citizen filing for my husband.

We sent in all necessary paperwork. Had Biometrics appointment on 4/27/18 and have yet to hear anything else

There has been no update of our case since 4/1/18 stating that our case was received and that the finger prints fee was received

Is it common to not get an update about biometrics being complete?

Should we call the hotline?

Also, he has a training for OSHA next month.....is a training a valid reason to expedite your EAD?

No need to be worried. I got update after finger print done "Validation error" LOL. Most of people they don't have update until interview scheduled.

Is he going to work for OSHA? Or he just got a job and has OSHA training coming up? A job offer is a valid reason to expedite the EAD.
