Marriage based Interview Completed- Chicago Office

Hi

My application i-485 is marriage based. Interview was completed last week on 6/6/2018.
Interview went well and officer said i-130 is approved and my change of status needs to be reviewed.
On same day, status tracker updated as interview completed. One week is over today and i am not seeing any update.
My Lawyer says it was very positive interview..i will get GC easily.
Any one knows how long does it take for them to take decision and send response? what is usual time frame for Chicago office to get back? if anyone had similar condition.

Did u give him new or updated documents? I did and he gave us a letter stating my application is being recommended for approval and he told me within 2-5 weeks. 1 week later nothing but the following week I got my Green Card in mail. I guess he had to update everything. Don't panic, once the officer said he will approve you, they more than likely will. Just be patient

She only approved my wife sponsor i-130.. she said she need to have supervisor review my i-485 case. interview went really well. She may did not have enough clearance to give approval so she gave me letter that case must be reviewed. it will take no less than 120 days to get back thats what letter mentioned...this makes me wonder if they will take more time.
