My cases - cases missing!

Hi everyone,

Im freaking out right now. I logged into USCIS and checked my cases and my I-485 case has disappeared! My I-765 is still there but hasnt had an update since receiving my documents in December. I tried the hotline to check and it says the receipt number isnt recognised!

Ive done my biometrics in January and have been trying to chase them as they are out of processing time too.

Is this normal? Does this mean anything? Is it a glitch?

Advice or experiences would be well appreciated!

sign up and enter case number again. You need a phone number to sign up!

Hey there! I have just checked My Cases and my I-485 also has disappeared from the list. I think it's fine, my I-485 was never there at first, then it was showing for a month and now it's gone again. I'm sure it's a glitch. Don't worry.

You are not alone. Relax, if ICE shows up at the door demand an interview .

Same thing happened to all of us who had the ?glitch?.

DHS/USCIS sites are different typically. USCIS site deleted everyones case info who had the glitch yday, I assume you as well.

My case is missing since march 2018 and still didn't came back. 6 months already
But i called 800# they said they can see the case, and still waiting for ap. My case was accepted on Dec 2017
