Advance Parole for my mom

I applied for a green card for my mom concurrently. She is here with me in the US. She came here last year September (9/3/2017). Her I-130 was approved in January , 2018. Her advance parole request was approved yesterday. She wants to travel to Sri Lanka for about 3 months. Is it safe for her to travel. Will she have any issues coming back. Your feedback is appreciated.

Not likely. She will go through secondary inspection at POE like everyone else on AP but she should be fine. Remember she must be able to return at short notice as interview notices are being sent out a month before the date.

I have same question for my Spouse. Thank you for asking this question I am also seeking for an answer that on AP can Applicant Stay Abroad for 3 months?

Will it help if Petitioner travel back with applicant when he/she returns. I mean I am planning to join my wife on her way back to US.
