  • Field Office Question

    Hello all,
I filed my packet in NYC but chose to have my interview done in Buffalo. Does this mean that Buffalo is my new field office?
I received my EAD card and just waiting for my case to be scheduled for an interview. I see that the processing times for Buffalo has changed.
    Thanks all!

You had a choice? Interesting. In that case, Buffalo is your field office. You can find your field office here using your zip code. https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-.../field-offices

On form I-130 Part 4 number 61a., the question asked what city/town you will adjust your status in. I?m guessing that?s asking where you want your interview to be conducted?
Check it out and let me know....

Please let me know more about this. I filed in New York City, which makes my field office Brooklyn, and terrible times. Is it possible to change field office? My business has premises in Montana where the in laws live?
