Can i-864 be filed separately, when concurrently filing 130, 485, 765, 131?

Hi everyone. I can't figure out whether I-864 *must* be submitted alongside 130, 485, 765, and 131 when those are filed concurrently. I am H1B filing for AoS through my husband who's an American citizen. Thanks!

Yes you need to include I-864 with the rest of the forms.
