Expedite Denied
We filed to expedite my wife's EAD last week because she had received a job offer (we filed under financial loss/hardship) and today received a notice that due to the amount of cases, we did not "provide evidence of an extreme emergent need." They never asked for any documentation or information though.
I phoned them and the rep essentially told me that he didn't know why and there were not any notes on the case. I could call back tomorrow to speak with someone else. I also could submit a hand written letter to see if the case could be reexamined.
Thoughts on this?

Mine got responded after 3 days, I sent out everything by fax 3 days after the notice, 4 days later when I decided to snail mail it, they actually responded to me on the same day that thye received my faxed documents.

Hi All,
I've been reading this forum for the past few months.
My wife's notice date for all NOA's for concurrent filing is 6-13-18. The finger print was done via walk-in on 6-29. Few questions:
1.) There is no update after the fingerprint was done. For example I don't see a "fingerprint review was completed" as I've seen others point out.
2.) Also, is it still taking 4 months for travel document? My wife needs to travel overseas on October 21, but not sure if the travel card will be received by then.
Thanks

Interview scheduled was received by 3 June filers yesterday. Late June to be precised. I usually check around 11:40am . If there is no update, there probably won't be none, but am pretty sure before the 17th of September. We all should have been scheduled for interviews
