You would probably get your interview scheduled next week or EAD card production . Congratulations in advance

So, after 105 days, I received an email this morning which said that my new EAD card is in production.

I must make a side note that I have asked for an expedite processing on August 21. On August 30 I faxed all documents and proof (job offer, letter from company VP stating why there is urgency in hiring me, proof that I have lost my income in August). Finally, on September 10, almost 3 weeks after my initial request, we reached out to Virginia's congressman office to ask for their intervention at USCIS. So one week after they made the call, today, I got this email stating that new card in in production.

I would encourage everyone to reach out to their congressman/senator. I wish we would have done it sooner.

Other than that, I have absolutely no updates on any of the other forms (still Case received status/Fingerprint review completed).

Good luck everybody! Keep the faith and patience in this process!

P.S.: My field office is Washington D.C.
I received the combo card on 9/22/2018. It is interesting because I have no updates on my I 131, it still shows ?Case received?. I did call USCIS, as USCFFS recommended, but was not successful in speaking to a Level 2 officer, so I wasn?t sure what I will get.

Also, USPS delivered it in my mailbox, even if I was at home all day. I am signed up for informed delivery and this piece of mail did not show up there. Interesting.

Anyway, I am ready to start work on October 1, finally. Good luck and all the best to everyone in this journey!

Congrats on getting the combo card! Cheers!

I've noticed that USPS doesn't include packages in their Daily Mail Digests; they only scan regular mails. The EAD and GC, both Priority Mails that come with a tracking number, are classified under 'Packages', even though they come in an envelope. On your dashboard, click on 'Packages' and check if your EAD tracking history is there. Incoming items that have tracking numbers are listed in Packages, and every movement from one destination to the next (after the barcode is scanned) will trigger an alert on your phone, SMS and email. With my GC, after we got the alert that the item was delivered at our post office, hubby and I drove to get it. It was a happy moment.

Hope you get your interview notice next. All the best!

Yes, I got the update that my request was completed (on 8/23/2018). Next was that my card is being produced (on 9/17/2018).

                    • For those that have expedited their EAD and sent in the evidence through fax...
Did you receive any sort of confirmation that they have received it? I have called and they tell me different things every single time.
                      1. They should have it scanned in 7ish days (NOPE)
                      2. Call on Monday to check cause it should be scanned (NOPE)
                      3. It takes 5-10 days so call back by the end of the week (NOPE)
                      4. Some people don't even scan the evidence so there is no way to check if the USCIS got it or not

I've sent the fax twice on 09/14 just in case and received confirmation from the fax machine.
I am just worried it didn't go through

You can always mail in the evidence. Did you enroll your Senator?

I sent out everything on 08/15, and got an confirmation email on 08/20. On 08/20 I booked and infopass and they couldn't tell if it went through so I snailed mail the same day, after I got home my husband saw a confirmation email from USCIS at 8:00Am in the morning (everything went to his email, not mine). If only he checked his emails in the morning, it would have saved us some time driving back and forth trying to file a place that was able to send mail to lockbox -___-

I did call my congressman and they sent out a congressional inquiry on 09/14 they heard nothing yet.
I called senator 09/20 but they take 5-10 days to process my information before assigning my case.

Use the info they gave you to fax the evidence. Attn LA ####, TEAM #, Division #. And just send it to the NBC. Know that the EAD/AP won't be approved until your background checks are completed. There is no way to rush background checks. That being said, you do want your case to be on the EXPEDITE pile, so that it's handled promptly once your background checks clear.

                              All the best,

                              • Expedite help

Has USCIS stopped expediting? We requested an expedite last month (August 28) and they asked for evidence which we faxed and mailed. It's been 3 weeks and I heard nothing since. contacted the congressman on friday. Nothing was updated online, and I have not received a response. Really frustrated because everytime I called they said it takes 3 weeks and its almost a month now. I spoke to a tier 2 last week who said case is being adjudicated so it can't be expedited. today she said the same thing. its just really frustrating because my husband spent a lot of money applying for a job for me and now I'm stuck in a limbo just waiting for an EAD. Should I wait or ask another expedite request tomorrow?
