Interview date process
Here?s a question that I haven?t see on a forum... I was just wondering, does USCIS automatically schedule you an interview date and time randomly and send that to you to show up? If they give you a date that you cannot make, is it possible to reschedule?DACA approved: 12/2014

Yes they do and ud have to go at the day and time you are scheduled. I guess one can reschedule but it'd further delay your processing time.
Oh good, great to hear that the west coast is faster... I heard New York is slow.. but then again, it seems like it?s all over the place! Cheers! Bless us all!DACA approved: 12/2014

Married to USC - June Filer
I'm Canadian/British. Married USC March 2017. Filed AOS June 2018. Here is my timeline so far:
June 18 - AOS package mailed via USPS priority mail
June 20 - AOS Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox
June 21 - Priority date
June 28 - Notices sent and credit card charged for AOS fees
July 12 - Biometrics appointment letter received, scheduled for July 22
July 13 - Biometrics done at walk-in appointment in Atlanta (wait time about 2 hrs)
Currently awaiting confirmation of Biometrics ok and interview scheduled.
It should also be noted that I'm 8.5 months pregnant with a very large baby, hence not wanting to wait until the scheduled biometrics appointment as I'm hoping to go into labor before then.
Out of curiosity - has anyone filed towards the end of a pregnancy? Or anyone had a newborn when they got their interview? We don't have anyone to look after Junior once he comes along and (and I'm not leaving my newborn baby with anyone anyway) so wondered if anyone has brought baby to the interview? I figured it would probably help considering the wee lad is proof of legitimacy of the marriage.

Though things can certainly change. It is almost entirely certain that your interview date will be way after delivery. I am not sure of their policies of taking an infant in the interview room, so please call ahead and make inquiries. Otherwise, invite a family member to come with you on the day of the interview to keep the baby. on the outside in a cool and comfortable spot while you both are being interviewed. That way you would not worry as much with your infant being away from you.7. 18. 2017: I130, I131, I485, I864, I765 - Chicago Lockbox: 8. 15. 2017: Biom-Kendall, Florida
