June 2018 filers

For my concurrent filing I got a notification each for I-130, I-131, I-765 and I-485.

The NoA is for I-485 or I-130? Sorry I'm new here so I always get confused between the process...

For my concurrent filing I got a notification each for I-130, I-131, I-765 and I-485.

I only received I-797C for my I-130, and it's just the receipt, not showing anything but the case number. I got the actual I-797C 05//23/2018, which is 1 year after I filed my I-130, my PD is 05/22/2017

Not sure if it can happen but any chance if my I-765 got approved and I would receive an EAD card before I actually have any interview? my package of I-485, 765, 131 and everything else sent out /received June 25th/2018 and I haven't heard anything till now so I'm a bit worried

Estimated time range 9.5 Months to 15.5

Does it apply for F2A case?

Got an email Monday starting an RFE was on its way somprocess will be delayed until I get that info to them I guess. Waiting for the letter to find out what they need, I?m suspecting it?s the I-864. I did go for my biometrics on a walk-in on Monday and had to wait about an hour to pass, which isn?t bad considering they told me that they don?t do walk-ins.

Did you received details on your RFE ? Generally if you respond to RFE immediately then they act fast and it will not slow down the timeline.

I am also June filer. Sent my documents to Chicago on 6/12 , received by USCIS on 6/15

I am expecting to have some update between 6/25-6/28

Just got 3 Notifications and 3 emails from Uscis last night....I guess the Journey has begun. Praying for everyone's success story here. Any Arizona Filers here?

I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765, I-684, I-693, G-28 filed concurrently
Docs sent: 6/28
Checks cashed by USCIS: 7/8

Now I?m just waiting for those receipt notices in the mail! Please keep me posted on your progress! What locations are you guys filing from?

you get notification depend on what you file

130 and 130a (Spouse) -- One Notification
i485 (AOS) -- Second Notification
i765 (EAD) -- Third Notification
i131 (Advance Parole) -- Fourth Notification

Since you didn't file 131 so you got only 3 notification. This is just my understanding.

Note: 765 and 131 are optional forms.

Hey Kristine, based on human curiosity usps created informed delivery it let you see what mail you would get on each day if u have a mail. You can get it on app store or play store and register your home address on an accounnt. I got my receipts

Priority date means the day your case was received, anyone applying for benefits gets such priority date, at times it also determines processing times, but case have been treated faster.l
