How do we go about filing a request to Expedite?

You can call the USCIS contact center number and tell them just that ?I?d like to place a request to expedite both my Employment authorization document and Advance parole?.
Even if you only need the EAD right now, have them place the request for both. You will get a confirmation number for each. This will show on your egos account.
They will tell you that you will get a letter in response within 5 days asking you for evidence to be sent to a fax number.

I called this morning and the lovely young lady put my request through and told me I should hear something within 3-5 days if it is accepted. I requested an expedited advance parole to be able to attend my son?s wedding September 7th so keeping my fingers crossed and praying for a positive response. Thanks again for your help.

I called to expedite my combo card but I only got reference number for I-765. I also got confirmation that they received my new evidences for RFE. Should I call them tomorrow to ask about my I-131 as well? I was told 3 days ago when I called to ask about my case that a Tier 2 rep would call me back soon but I so far I haven?t received any phone call... I?m worried

Unless you call to expedite your I-131, you won't be certain you will get the combo card.

We called to expedite today! They took our information and why we thought we qualify and told us they will get in touch within 3-5 days~ :S

I called again today and got a reference number for my I-131.
On the expedite letter I faxed out I did mention about my I-131 as well and it was written as a combo card of I-766 and i-131.

I also mailed/emailed letter and evidence to a Senator my husband found online. We emailed his office last Monday but never heard back. We tried to call the office but no one answer.

Everything really got messier and messier.

I also received new update on uscis acc for my I-765 this morning. Hopefullly things will get better:

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on August 9, 2018.

My question is, once I reached out to one senator and he didn?t help much, should I reach out to another one? Would it affect my case?

Yesterday My 485 status is changed to "Case is Ready to be scheduled for an Interview"

Today both sites ( uscis case status link and my account on Dhs.gov) showing same status.

uscis case status is showing finger print review completed and case is ready to be schedule for interview

Where as Earlier my account uscis dhs gov was showing ?We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case? and now it is showing same as what uscis case status links say.

There is a strange thing tonight on my dhs account : both my i485 and I 766 currently state that we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your case at our unknown location.

As at yesterday on the dhs website : it says we are currently reviewing your biometrics and processing your case. You are not required to do anything

Previously it shows Nebraska
But now it showing unknown location while my case status has always been in Fingerprint review completed but dhs just started showing fingerprint review completed

I have a quick question sir... Is it adviceable to expedite based on financial hardship option whereas in your form you already filled your spouse funds are above the poverty line and also spouse is the sole sponsor... Advice please... We all live in the US and know a little more funds is always helpful..

New card is being produced!!!

THIS WAS UPDATED ON MY TRACKER YESTERDAY for I-765!! I guess it wouldn?t be a combo card with AP but it?s still something, better than nothing!!
