  • What to take to the immigration medical

So I've got my medical with a civil surgeon tomorrow afternoon and have prepared everything I need to take. I just wanted to note my list down and then if anyone thinks I missed something, that I'm taking things I don't need or if what I have listed is okay, let me know for my own peace of mind.

    - Print out of the I-693 medical form and filled in the parts for me (excluding the signature and date which the form says you must do when the doctor tells you)
    - Passport for ID purposes
    - Birth certificate & UK driving licence for extra ID if necessary
    - Interview notice
    - Immunization (vaccination) records which I've finally managed to obtain
    - The money for the exam

    Thanks guys.

Yeah I didn't think I'd need that, since you can have your medical done without having a scheduled interview. I think it was more so that I had my A number on hand.

Thanks I will take a look at the list, I couldn't seem to find anything specific in the form instructions etc.
