Applying for I-485, Married to greencard holder in USA.

Hello,
This is my current standing, i would like to know what can i do next.
I am on student visa currently working on OPT married to green card holder in Sept 2017. We applied for my petition and got priority date as 25th sept 2017.
currently july visa bulletin date for adjustment of Status is 01 Dec 2017. So, I have couple of questions.

1. Can i apply for adjustment of status since i am not married to US Citizen but Green card holder? if yes
2. Can i apply for adjustment of status now or do i have to wait until my Priority date gets current?
3. What all forms do i need to file if i want travel permission and work permit with adjustment of status?

Any help will be appreicated.

You cannot file I-485 for your category and priority date right now. From the USCIS chart for AOS filing for this month (June 2018), for the F2A category, only priority dates before 22 Sep 2017 can file.

Yes, It is for June 2018. Should I wait until July because July Visa bulletin is out already. It shows 1 Dec 17.

Wait until USCIS's charts come out for July. You don't know whether they will choose to use Final Action Date or Date for Filing for AOS filing for July.

USCIS's charts for July are out, and, yes, you can file I-485 in July.
