It's almost 4 months now we had our interview and till now no update and of which we had to call 3 days ago and the officer pull our case and said everything is okay with my case that I have to wait for the processing time... I am tired of waiting and we had our interview for just 8 mins.

Both are republican. I would read through their pages and see who is less anti-immigration. 4 months is nonsense. They need to make a decision with the information in front of them.

You usually have to fill out two privacy release forms, a general one and an immigration specific form. When you address a Senator, it is always "To the Honorable Senator Joe Smoke". It's not Sir or Madam. That's the protocol.

Do not be shy in listing your education, pedigree. They like that. Stress how long your US citizen spouse has been a registered voter in his district, etc. The letter may be authored by your US citizen spouse but the forms must be signed by you.
