contact USCIS and let them know you lost your EAD card and request a replacement, also see if they can give you a temporary stamp or some form of proof to show that you are authorized to work in the United States so that you can start your job
This is strictly an opinion and should not be misconstrued as legal advice. The use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

I have called USCIS, they are saying if you file for replacement it will take the same processing time like 90 days or more.
and they are saying for renewal i cannot apply before 90 days but i have read in some forums that in this case can be applied 120 days before.

      confused.

please could you also tell me if i file for renewal whats the address. is it location based like i live in SF

You can apply for renewal up to 180 days before it expires.

However, the receipt for the application for a replacement for a lost card by itself allows you to work for 90 days; the receipt for the application for renewal does not (unless used in combination with the expired card, which you do not have)

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
