Have you seen "Making a murderer"? If you haven't, you should. It had a chilling and sobering effect on me. The US criminal justice system affords little to no protection to anyone accused of a crime. The point here is that he could turn around and accuse you of whatever, as well. ICE would have to investigate. Depending upon who you are and who makes the accusation, you might be presumed guilty from the get go.
