I485 Pending Status for F2A

Hello,

Filed I485 with a pending I130 because PD became current under Date For Filing chart in the visa bulletin. I130 is not approved yet. I know "I485 Pending" is a legal status for spouses of USC, but is it also legal for spouses of LPR? Currently here on H1B but H1B is about to expire. Also applied I765 and I131 for EAD/AP but haven't received those yet.

Hi,

Answering here...Once you let your h1b expire your current i94 should end. You can use your i485 i797 as status then till you get your i765.

You mentioned you are moving, not sure what your PD is. But make sure to change your address after your move and then start to look for a job, then would call USCIS and inform them ?your status has changed?, they are delaying giving anyone duplicate status so if you do not update your file i765 will be take 8months or so.
