Please share your experience about EAD/AP card renewal.
Is there an additional fee for that?
Is renewal process as long as the initial process?
When is a good time to submit docs for AP/EAD renewal?
Would that be the same forms as for the initial AP/EAD card?

1. It depends. If you are c09 or c16 & filed after 2007, then no. Check the instructions to see if you are required to submit the filing fee.
2. Right now I believe it is.
3. 6 months beforehand, in this climate. 180 days is the limit (but you also might have an automatic extension, check the instructions).
