I-94 problem

Hi all,

I'll be going to the interview next month. The problem is I couldn't retrieve my I-94 online since it say record not found. I wonder if this occurs because my last entry was more than 5 years ago? Anyway, can I use the I-94 form I downloaded last year (yes, it was fine last year when my last entry was less than 5 years back), or can I use the paper I-94 (I still keep this) I got when entering > 5 year ago?

From the link, I understand that they help correcting inaccurate information, but I'm not sure if there is any correction to make in my case. It's just that the information is not found online. Can I use the paper form I-94 they issued at entry, or do I have to get an online form?

If you got a paper I-94, that is your I-94. You should not be expecting an electronic one.

Yes, I got paper I-94 because I entered before Apr 30, 2013. But somehow I could still get it online up until last year.

I'm not sure why you used to be able to access it online and now you can't. But since you have a paper I-94, don't worry about trying to find it online, your paper copy is official and will be adequate.
