I485 Courtesy Letter

Hi, i filed an I485 in March based on an approved EB1 I140. Today i received in the mail a "Courtesy Letter" addressed only to my wife saying that "the evidence submitted is not sufficient for the following reasons:" No reasons are mentioned however. There is a black dot and the reason is supposed to be written next to it, but nothing is there, it's blank.

Did anyone receive such a letter?
