hello friends, I spoke to L3 and L2 officer and both told me that my 485 has been selected for interview waiver. I did not believe it when L3 officer said that, so called back next day and asked to speak to L2 officer, they said the same thing as well. I am F2A married to LPR for 2+ years, currently on H1B and have been in the US since 2003 when was a student.
Is this even possible that they waived my interview? if they did waive it what happens next?
Will they send me so formal letter stating that interview has been waived and when will I get my greencard? And will it simply show up one day since there is no interview step?
Hoping someone who has gone through a similar experience can shed some light on on the topic and what to expect next
