  • Of what materials do you use to print pictures?

I understand that pictures are good evidences to bona fide marriage. I would like to know how you guys prepare the pictures to summit with application or bring to the interview. Is it just using 8/11? paper to print the digital pictures like we print the forms from home computer, or go to stores to have them printed like passport-photo-material photos? Thank you!

I just used standard copy paper 8.5 x 11. No need to spend extra money on photo quality prints.

My filler suggest to made weeding album and then send the B&W copies to the initial evidence, when I'll go to the interview I'm planning to print the extra pictures on photo paper.

Pictures and affidavits carry the least weight on the evidence of bona fide marriage scale. I would focus on concrete evidence of bona fide marriage evidence. They care that you have commingled your finances - some don't and that's fine. Just be ready to explain why, and to show alternative evidence of bona fide marriage.
Joint checking accounts - select a few transactions and describe what kind of commingling occurs.
Others are health insurance and showing usage, claims. Not just a xerox of the two insurance cards.

You will need a carefully crafted table of contents that includes a brief explanation of what each piece of evidence is proof of. Refer to the following links. You can find my Table of Contents here.

And you can find the table of contents I used as a guide here. https://www.immihelp.com/forum/showt...ocuments/page4

The I-130 instructions include a list of examples of evidence of bona fide marriage. Page 7/12 https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/...i-130instr.pdf

        All the best,

          Thank you for your input!
We do have a joint checking account and several credit accounts which I?m the primary holder and my husband is authorized user.

About the health insurance, my husband is with Medicaid, and I?m with student insurance. In what ways could we make them as evidence of bona fide marriage?

I also have a question about house leasing. We live with my husband?s mom in her house. Should we have a lease or how could we provide evidence showing that we live in the same address?

About joint property, since we don?t own house, I couldn?t think of what?s solid evidence for it, but we have two vehicles purchased after marriage, but the titles are both in my name. We have a food trailer with a loan, but the loan is under me and my husband?s mother, but he?s now managing the food trailer business. Could that be deemed as joint evidence? Also, can pets be joint property?

          Looking forward to your reply!
          Thank you in advance!

You have to be creative with your evidence. There are no hard and fast rules of what evidence to provide. You just need to see what you have and get what you do not have. Instead of a lease you can as your mother in law for an affidavit that you live there together. Does your husband drive the cars? is he on the insurance for the cars? Search these forums for evidence of bona fide marriage - you will find so many creative ways people have gone about this.

We just printed from Costco. hehe it worked and we got approved on the spot. I agree with USCFFS, most important is your concrete evidence of bona fide marriage evidence. best of luck!

I really recommend that you go through the two Tables of content that I directed you to. Everything is there. If you do not own a home and/or do not have a lease, an affidavit of residence is a good option.

USCIS takes Advance Health Care Directives very seriously. You have to get it notarized. The only issue I have with the template on this link, is that you end up with blank spaces when selecting what treatments and medical procedures you are OK with. So I would just copy and paste the template onto a word document, and leave out all the directions, and only list the treatments I am OK with AND list separately the treatments I am not OK with.

If your evidence does not concretely show that you two do live together, then I recommend getting a surveillance camera, and snap screenshots from the video at different times. Say 3 am, to show that you two are always sleeping together. It seems overboard, but in this political climate I would do nothing less than your best effort.

Do not forget that the information posted on this forum is available to couples in true marriages and in marriages that aren't. So there's that.

                All the best,

                USCFFS

I have tried I tried to do everything possible and impossible in order to connect my printer to the tablet, but my efforts were unsuccessful. I used my old printer with a computer and I encountered with some problems, but as soon as I decided to connect it to the tablet, I realized that this was real hell and in the end I abandoned this idea. I tried for a long time to use different life hacks and in the end I realized that my printer for 1500 bucks was incompatible with android. After that, I started looking for other models and found many cool and modern models at https://www.mrdepot.ca. By the way, there are just awesome prices and I did not encounter such problems anymore !!!
