Petition was sent to consulate for visa processing, what can I do?

Please help!

My I130 was approved and sent to Consulate in my home country on March 2018 for visa processing, but I am going to file I485 131 765 on July 2018 in the US. How should I deal with the situation? Is there any form for it?

Also, if I file 485 765 131 on July 2018 from Kentucky, how long approximately would it take for me to be scheduled for interview?

One more question, is I485 processed by the Immigration office in my state, say Immigration Office in Louisville Kentucky?
