Done with interview , not heard from them.

Hi everyone. Been reading your experiences and it gave me hope. My pd is 02/20/2018. Done biometrics on 03/22. Interview 05/30 and 05/31. Main interview was on 05/30. It went well , but when we got home a couple of hours we got a call asking us to be back next day. Then we had a stokes interview on 05/30/2018. We had joint documents, least, bank account, phone bills, gas/electricity, pictures. We didn?t use a lawyer. after the interview the I O said we may hear from other Immigration officers and get a mail within 30 days . I asked if he needed any other docs he said no that what we gave was enough. But we didn?t get any nor did we get any work permit . We haven?t had anyone on our door and we have no online updates. It still shows interview was scheduled. And finger print was completed. It?s fraustrating. Need help . Thank you

What's your situation, there must be some reason why you've had to attend a stokes interview, they've probably picked up on something.

For the immigrant, was the situation of your arrival and marriage suspicious in any way? Were you already here on some kind of visa or did you just come in and marry etc.. give us some more information on that and hopefully we can offer some insight into why that's happened.

You need to post more info in order for us to have a an idea of what?s going on. Several things could determine why you were called the next day to for a second interview. How did the immigrant get here. On what visa? Was his/her visa about to expire right before you two got married? Did you guys answer questions correctly the first time. Were your answers matching?

You need to post more info in order for us to have a an idea of what?s going on. Several things could determine why you were called the next day to for a second interview. How did the immigrant get here. On what visa? Was his/her visa about to expire right before you two got married? Did you guys answer questions correctly the first time. Were your answers matching?

At this time all u can do is be patient. If u call USCIS they'll tell you that the officer has 120 days to make a decision. If u want u can make an Infopass appointment.
