So my husbands NOA1 was sent back to USCIS because his name wasn't on the mailbox. They reissued as a new one and I corrected the problem with the Post Office and we finally successfully receive the NOA1. I'm just wondering how long it will take for USCIS to update our status online? It still says "Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It." According to the status on their website it can have a really strong impact on the case, so how will they know we successfully received it? When they don't get it back from the Post Office after a certain amount of time? Should I call them? If they're waiting to see if the Post Office sends it back again it could be another two weeks before they move ahead with the case. Anyone have any experience with this?
