urgent-I485 for my son aboard
I got my I-140 approved based on EB1, and submitted I-485 with the priority date Sept 30 2005. Checking with the bulletin website, I estimate that my priority date could become current next month, I have a few questions:
1. my son (under 21) is difficult to come USA to apply his green card because he is doing army national service in Singapore. if he apply his green card through consulate in Singapore, usually how much more time to take compared that if he apply it in USA?
2. If he applies it in Singapore, when he is able to apply? have to wait until my priority date becomes current? or have to wait until my green card is granted?
3. Usually, how long need to wait to get green card approved after the priority date becomes current
