How do you expedite for the EAD? I've been waiting since 1/22/18. Right when I thought I'd be a week away they moved it back to Dec 2017. It's so annoying !!

If you currently work you can tell your company write a letter saying that you your ead expires and you hav to stop working which cause financial loss to company. If not you need to have a job offer letter to be an evidence. You should let your spouse talk to lv2 officer to expedite. It would be an emergency for the job offer.
Last month they also changed the processing time like this and i was so hopeless. Thanks to UCFFS helped me with advice, i asked my company for a letter and my spouse called in to talk to lv 2 officer. A week later they approved without me semding the evidence.
To be honest, if I didn?t take any action, i would have been still sitting here and waiting for the ead like waiting for a miracle since they keep moving the date back to December 2017!!!! The change last month I predicted even if until today we wait on the processing time, they will increase the time again and it will be forever to get the EAD. And it happened as my prediction.
Trust me you should gather some evidence and do expedite. Don?t do it yourself it wont work. Tell your spouse be on your behalf and you two sit together to talk on the phone to LV 2 officer (must be lv2!). Try it first. If not you can do over again with your Senator.

No. I applied for ead separately on late January.

Ok thanks! I will def call and ask for a level 2 officer on Monday. I noticed in June when they moved it back to 2017 too! Ughh! I was thinking even if we sent in a SR for outside normal processing time, USCIS is going to come up with some BS about waiting another 30 days for the request to be processed. They just keep pushing and pushing things back. I'm just kicking myself in the face for not applying for the EAD along with everything else back in Sept 2017. I misread the fees and didn't know there was no fees if you had a pending i-485. Checking the processing times gives me so much anxiety lol

Dont ever use SR. They will ignore and say the case is in normal processing time. You must have evidence to expedite.
